Who we are…..
Bisi Lawal-Rieley
I’m a mum of three, and children who are neurodiverse. Navigating the education system as both a parent and an advocate for neurodiversity showed me how easily bright, creative minds can be misunderstood. That lived experience is a big part of why Reveal You exists.
Professionally, I’ve spent 10+ years in the NHS, working across mental health and learning disability (MHLD) transformation in primary and secondary care. I’ve commissioned ADHD services, supported new MHLD models in primary care, and worked closely with CAMHS and Learning Disability teams.
I’ve led practical improvements that impact outcomes, including redesigning 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) training with Information Systems to make it clearer and more efficient. I also analysed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for cancer pathway breaches, helping teams identify barriers and improve flow—contributing to a pathway change that enabled GPs to book scans before a consultant appointment.
Training and coaching sit at the heart of my work. I’ve developed and delivered creative training for designers, blending strategy, creativity, and hands-on development. Through Reveal You CIC, I have designed inclusive workshops for young people, parents, and schools which are grounded in lived experience and professional insight, focusing on neurodiversity, executive functioning, and confident, compassionate support.
I’m a Level 5 qualified Coach and Mentor, have completed counselling training, and I’m currently studying to become an NLP practitioner. More than anything, I’m someone who listens and believes every young person deserves to be understood, supported, and empowered to be themselves without masking. Because real growth starts when we uncover what’s happening beneath the surface and build self-awareness

Maryan Hook
I’m a mum to one and an ADHD specialist coach, passionate about supporting individuals and families living with ADHD. Her coaching blends professional expertise with lived experience, offering a structured yet strengths-based approach to help clients navigate challenges like overwhelm, procrastination, and emotional dysregulation while unlocking their creativity, focus, and potential.
I work with individuals who have a formal ADHD diagnosis as well as those awaiting assessment, providing clarity and practical tools during what can often feel like a confusing and uncertain time. I also support parents of children with ADHD, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a supportive home environment where children can thrive.
Professionally, my background spans both the private sector and the NHS, and I hold a Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice along with specialist qualifications in ADHD coaching, parental transition coaching, mindfulness, and a range of holistic therapies to support the whole person.
Diagnosed with ADHD myself as an adult, I understand the complexities of navigating life before and after diagnosis—and the importance of early awareness and practical strategies. That perspective shapes my work, creating spaces where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to embrace their neurodiversity with confidence and self-acceptance.
Because with the right support and understanding, every individual with ADHD can step into their potential and thrive on their own terms.
