Welcome to Reveal You CIC
You don’t need to be “fixed”. You need to be understood, supported and celebrated.
Perhaps you’re a parent who can see that your child is bright and capable, but everyday life feels harder than it should. School says they’re fine, yet home tells a different story.
Perhaps you’re an adult who has spent years working twice as hard to keep up, wondering why things that seem easy for everyone else leave you exhausted.
Or perhaps you already have an assessment, but you’re still asking: “What now?”
Whatever has brought you here, welcome. There is space for you at Reveal You.
Start with understanding
Struggling doesn’t mean you’re lazy, failing or not trying hard enough. Sometimes, it means your needs haven’t been recognised—or the support around you doesn’t fit.
At Reveal You CIC, we offer neurodiversity-affirming pre-assessments, coaching and workshops for families and adults. We help people explore what’s going on, recognise their strengths and find practical ways forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. It’s okay to start with questions.
A different map
There isn’t one approach that works for everyone. What helps one person may overwhelm another. What looks manageable from the outside may take an enormous amount of effort underneath.
That’s why understanding the person matters.
Our work is about finding strategies that fit real lives—at home, at school and at work—and building support around the individual.
What you’ll find here
This blog is a place for practical ideas, honest conversations and a little more understanding. We’ll explore neurodiversity, everyday challenges and ways to support both children and adults, with a warm welcome to our Isle of Wight community.
We hope you’ll find something that helps you make sense of an experience, try a different approach or feel less alone.
Let’s start with a conversation
